GAIL – GASTECH 2018
Brief:
We collaborated with GAIL to design and build the customised theme based exhibition stalls and design for GASTECH 2018. We at Omesa Marketing, merely, not only handles stall fabrication requirements at the same time but also offers the end-to-end latest Media technology and stall services solutions for both international and domestic exhibition project activities and stalls including design, logistics and fabrications, set up and dismantling in coordination with the trusted stall designing services provider from across the globe.
Theme/Innovation:
To begin with, our first idea was to find a mutual similarity between India & Spain in order to connect with the diversified audience and touch the cultural note.
A mutual similarity between the two Countries, so diversified in terms of Culture, food, Art forms, we found a similar art form : Dance. Dance is seen as a way to unite the sentiments of public all over the world. It’s been said that, “art unifies everyone”.
A fusion of two of the greatest dance forms: KATHAK & FLAMENCO which has bought many different collaborations over a period of time due to their resemblance in dance techniques and styles. Keeping the idea in mind, we customised the whole theme around it from Décor to Giveaways. Kathakar narrating the story of GAIL.
“Dance is a language that doesn’t speak in particular words. It speaks in emotions and narrates the whole story”. We narrated the whole story of Gail from the beginning to the innovations being done through Kathak and Flamenco Fusion
Décor
We used different lamp hangings in Ghungroo Shape to give it more authentic look and to go with the theme.
We created a wall “Katha Wall” which narrated the story of Gail in picturesque form.

Giveaways
We specifically focused on this part, because it is very crucial step to make your show the SHOWSTOPPER. To make people remember the show even after its over is very important. We again put our creative minds to work and used the Ghungroo Shaped Giveaways. They were custom made which gave a personalised impression and a unique look to the whole concept.

Customisation
We used Ghungroos as customised décor and giveaway. Main idea behind it was to capture the slightest detail involved and play around the entire theme “Kathakar” giving it the complete essence
